Single-Component Water-Based Polyurethane Waterproof Coating
This product is a high-elasticity, eco-friendly waterproof coating made from a water-based polyurethane dispersion, combined with pigments, fillers, and additives. Using water as the dispersing medium, it forms a tough, seamless rubber waterproof layer through water evaporation and molecular self-crosslinking. It combines the excellent performance of solvent-based polyurethane with the environmental advantages of water-based products.

Construction Process

| Substrate Preparation | Ensure substrate is firm, flat, clean, free of standing water and oil stains; repair cracks beforehand |
| Detail Treatment | Apply sealing paste to pipe roots and internal/external corners |
| Coating Application | Stir slightly after opening. Apply 2-3 coats with a roller or trowel, waiting for previous coat to dry (approx. 4-6 hrs at room temperature) |
