Weather-Resistant and UV-Resistant: The gray coating effectively reflects sunlight, resists UV aging, and is suitable for long-term exposed use.

High Elasticity and Toughness: Excellent elongation allows it to adapt to thermal expansion and contraction of the roof and minor cracks in the base layer without cracking.

Implementation of JC/T 408-2005 standard

It is mainly used for waterproofing of exposed roofs of various buildings, such as repair and renovation of concrete flat/sloping roofs and color steel tile roofs. It can also be used for exterior walls, balconies and other areas that require exposed waterproofing.

Surface Preparation: The surface should be solid, flat, and clean, free of oil, dust, or visible water. Cracks and holes should be pre-patched and smoothed with cement mortar.

Joint Treatment: For detailed joints such as corners, pipe bases, and drain outlets, it is recommended to use mesh cloth for reinforcement.

Coating Application: Mix thoroughly in a bucket. Apply using a roller or spatula in 2-3 coats, each coat applied vertically. Allow each coat to dry to the touch (approximately 2-4 hours at room temperature).

Recommended Dosage: The total film thickness should be ≥ 1.5 mm, with a theoretical dosage of approximately 2.0-2.5 kg/m².

Protect this product from sunlight, rain, and freezing during transportation.

Store in a cool, dry place between 5°C and 35°C, away from direct sunlight. The shelf life of unopened product is 12 months.

Application Environment: The temperature must be between 5°C and 35°C. Do not apply during rainy days, strong winds (force 4 or above), or when condensation is present on the substrate.

Drying Time: The coating will completely dry (ready for the next step) in approximately 24-48 hours, but the exact time will vary depending on the temperature and humidity.

Material Protection: During application and until the coating dries, protective measures should be taken to prevent foot traffic and rain.
