JS Polymer Cement-Based Waterproof Coating is a single-component water-based waterproof material made from polymer emulsion as the organic phase, combined with additives through scientific formulation. Its core principle lies in the complementary action between the flexibility of organic polymers and the rigidity of inorganic cement. After water evaporation or hydration, it forms a continuous, dense composite waterproof layer that can adapt to minor substrate deformations while maintaining strong adhesion, effectively blocking water penetration paths. It is widely used in both interior and exterior waterproofing projects. Its water-based formula is low-odor, environmentally friendly, and fully compliant with modern green construction standards.

Scope of Application

Indoor: Bathrooms, kitchens (walls ≥ 1.8 m high), balconies, moisture protection for underfloor heating;
Outdoor: Non-exposed roofs, base layers of exterior walls, window sills, positive water-facing surfaces of basements;
Special: Renovation of old buildings, small pools, waterproofing at pipe bases.

Application Process

Step	Details
Substrate	Surface should be smooth and free of impurities. Cracks < 0.3 mm can be sealed directly; larger cracks repaired with mortar. Internal/external corners made R50 mm arc.
Application	First apply extra layer at critical points (2-3 coats, width ≥ 200 mm), then apply full area with 2-3 coats (directions perpendicular), total thickness: Type I ≥ 1.5 mm, Type II ≥ 2.0 mm.
Curing / Maintenance	Touch dry in 8-12 hours at ambient temperature; full cure in 7 days; after curing, perform water tightness test for 24 hours.

Transportation & Storage

The product is non-flammable and non-explosive, can be transported as general goods. During transit, avoid rain, exposure to sun, freezing, packaging damage;
Store in dry, cool place (5 °C-35 °C), avoid direct sunlight or rain;
From production date, under normal transport/storage, shelf life should be no less than 6 months.

Precautions

When working in enclosed or low-ventilation spaces, keep good ventilation or use necessary protective measures.
