JS Polymer Cementitious Waterproof Coating (Two-Component)
JS Polymer Cement Waterproof Coating is a high-performance building emulsion modified with special additives to form a flexible waterproof liquid. When mixed with cement and applied to the substrate, it creates a flexible waterproof layer with excellent elasticity, strong adhesion, and outstanding resistance to seepage and cracking. This water-based product is non-toxic, harmless, non-flammable, and environmentally friendly. It is widely used for both interior and exterior waterproofing projects in various buildings, making it an essential part of today’s construction waterproofing systems.
Outstanding Performance: High elasticity, strong adhesion, and excellent corrosion resistance. Adapts to minor substrate deformations, effectively hides cracks and suppresses the formation of surface cracks.
Easy Application: Can be applied on damp surfaces. Can be roller-coated, brushed, troweled, used for leak sealing, patching. Simple operation, high construction efficiency.
Environmentally Safe: Usually water-based, low Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC), non-toxic and odorless. Friendly to environment and health. Some products may be used for waterproofing potable water tanks.
Excellent Waterproofing: Good water resistance and impermeability, forming an integral seamless waterproof layer. Waterproof on both positive and negative sides; effectively prevents water infiltration.

Transportation: This product is non-flammable, non-explosive. Can be transported as ordinary goods. During transportation prevent rain, exposure to sun, freezing, and damage to packaging.
Storage: Store in dry, cool place at 5 °C - 35 °C. Avoid direct sunlight and rain. When relative humidity ≥ 85%, take moisture protection measures. Under normal transport and storage conditions, shelf life is generally 6 to 12 months.
Substrate Preparation: Substrate must be firm, level, clean, free of dust and visible water. Remove dirt, oil stains, etc. Rounded treatment at internal/external corners and pipe bases.
Mixing: First pour liquid component into the bucket, then add powder component. Use electric mixer to stir evenly for about 5 minutes. After mixing, allow slurry to rest for 3-5 minutes, then stir again for 1 minute before use. Maintain intermittent stirring during use.
Application Method: First apply additional waterproofing in detail parts such as corners, pipe bases; then apply full area waterproof layer. Apply at least two coats; second coat should be applied after first coat is fully dry. Coating must be uniform without omissions or voids.
Application Temperature: Suitable construction temperature is 5 °C to 35 °C. Avoid working in extremely humid or poorly ventilated environments.
Environment & Substrate: Use within 5-35 °C. Substrate must be level, free of oil. Surface moist but no standing water. Internal/external corners rounded.
Mixing & Proportion: Follow instructions for ratio. Liquid first, then powder. Mix until no particles. Use within 1 hour.
Application: Apply extra waterproof layer at pipe bases and corners. Apply 2-3 coats over large areas; each coat dry before next. Total thickness ≥ 1.5 mm.
Safety: Wear gloves, mask. Avoid contact of slurry with skin/eyes. Ensure ventilation during indoor works.
Curing / Aftercare: Avoid rain or foot traffic within 24 hours after application. After completion, conduct water tightness test as required.
