Suitable for treatment of rusted steel surfaces such as steel structural parts, railings, pipes, colored steel sheet roofs, agricultural machinery, outdoor metal fixtures, etc.
Designed for surfaces with light to moderate uniform rust (rust layer ≤ 50 µm). For surfaces with thick rust clusters, loose rust, or peeling old paint, mechanical treatment is recommended first.

Step	Details
Surface Preparation	Remove loose rust, peeling old paint, grease and dust. No need to sand down to bare metal; leave solid rust layer intact.
Mixing & Application	Shake or stir well before use. Apply via brush, roller, or spray, ensuring the rusted area is fully saturated.
Reaction Time	At ambient temperature, allow ~ 15–30 minutes for rust to convert to black-bluish (or dark blue) color.
Drying / Inspection	Air dry for 4-8 hours (depending on humidity). Inspect conversion; re-apply to any missed spots.
Follow-up Coating	Once completely dry (typically after ~ 24 hours), apply rust-preventive paint or finish coat.

Transport with protection from direct sunlight, freezing and impact.
Store in a cool, dry place at 5 °C to 40 °C. Avoid frost.
Shelf life of unopened product under above conditions: 12 months from manufacturing date.

• Applicability: For already rusted surfaces. On clean, rust-free metal the converter cannot form the protective conversion layer effectively.

• Environmental Conditions: Temperature above 5 °C, relative humidity below 85%. Avoid application during heavy wind, rain or fog.

• Heavy Rust Treatment: For surfaces with severe rust, remove thick rust mechanically first before applying the converter for better performance.

• Personal Protection: Wear gloves and safety goggles when applying. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
