Red Rubber Roof Exterior Waterproof Coating
This product is a water-based, single-component elastic waterproof coating formulated with high-performance polymer emulsion as the base material, combined with red weather-resistant pigments and various additives. After curing, it forms a tough, flexible red rubber-like waterproof film with excellent weather resistance, anti-aging properties, and decorative effects. It is specially designed for long-term exposed roofing waterproof projects.
Long-lasting weather resistance: special red coating reflects sun efficiently, resists UV oxidation and cycles of high/low temperature, giving prolonged protection for roofs.
Highly elastic waterproofing: large elongation, able to cover substrate cracks, adapt to structural movement, ensure durable and reliable waterproof performance.
Strong adhesion: binds firmly to common roof substrates like concrete, metal panels, asphalt membranes; resists peeling and delamination.
Decorative appearance: vivid red color combines waterproofing and decorative function, beautifies building exteriors.
Environmentally safe: water is used as diluent; non-toxic and harmless; easy application and easy cleaning.

Step | Details |
---|---|
Substrate Preparation | Surface must be firm, level, clean, free of oil, loose particles, visible water. Repair cracks and defects in advance to level surface. |
Detail Treatment | For gutters, pipe penetrations, corners etc., perform pre-treatment; using reinforcing mesh / fabric is recommended. |
Coating Application | Stir thoroughly after opening. Apply with roller or scraper in 2-3 coats, each coat perpendicular to the previous. Wait until previous coat is surface-dry (not tacky) before next coat (≈ 2-4 hours under normal temperature). |
Usage & Thickness | Total dry film thickness ≥ 1.5 mm. Theoretical consumption about 2.0-2.5 kg/m². |
