HDPE High-Polymer Waterproof Membrane
This product is an environmentally friendly polymer waterproofing membrane primarily made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with various additives through extrusion molding. The material is dense and uniform, with strong resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, excellent puncture resistance, and is suitable for various engineering applications including waterproofing, seepage prevention, moisture control, gas barrier, pollution prevention, and drainage.
Strong Durability: Excellent aging resistance, long service life.
High Puncture Resistance: High mechanical strength, outstanding resistance to puncture and tearing.
Corrosion Resistance: Resistant to acid, alkali, salt, and root penetration; excellent chemical stability.
Eco-friendly & Non-toxic: Pure material, no environmental pollution, recyclable.
Easy Installation: Loose-laying method, unaffected by substrate moisture, high construction efficiency.
Suitable for landfills, sewage treatment plants, artificial lakes, reservoirs, tunnels, basements, and other waterproofing and anti-seepage projects; especially ideal for municipal and environmental engineering projects with strict environmental requirements.
Substrate cleaning → Cushion layer installation → Fixing points with plastic washers → Laying waterproof sheets → Washer welding → Overlap treatment → Node reinforcement → Weld seam inspection → Self-check acceptance.

During transportation and storage, avoid damage to packaging. Store in a ventilated, dry place. Stacking height should not exceed three sheet rolls when flat. Store on a dry, level surface; avoid direct sunlight. Prohibit contact with acids, alkalis, oils, and organic solvents. Keep away from heat sources. Within one year from the production date, product performance shall meet the specified requirements.
Workers should wear shoes without nails or with rubber soles; random trampling on the sheets is prohibited.
After overlap, seams must be inspected. Any damage must be repaired with special sealing material.
Slight unevenness may occur due to stress release when unrolling sheets; it will gradually return to normal.
Construction temperature should be above 5℃.
