Pre-applied HDPE Self-Adhesive Membrane Waterproofing (Non-Bitumen)
This product is a composite waterproofing membrane made of high-performance polymer sheet (HDPE), a self-adhesive film layer, and a special surface anti-adhesion protective layer. The self-adhesive layer chemically crosslinks with cast-in-place concrete slurry, forming a strong permanent bond and achieving a “skin-like” waterproof effect.
Pre-laid self-adhesive: Can be installed before casting concrete; bonds with cast-in-place concrete to prevent water leakage, ensuring high waterproof reliability.
Self-healing: Can self-repair minor scratches during installation, maintaining sealing integrity.

Concrete pouring: Directly tie reinforcement and pour concrete; bond occurs via chemical reaction between cement slurry and self-adhesive layer.

For prolonged exposure to sunlight after laying, use temporary covering to prevent membrane bulging.
Place protective blocks when tying reinforcement to avoid puncturing the membrane.
Avoid dust or debris contamination on the self-adhesive layer after removing isolation film.
In low temperatures, ensure the adhesive layer remains effective; auxiliary heating may be used if necessary.
